Sophie is a Montreal-based chef with a love for creating vibrant food experiences. Specializing in plant-forward, seasonal cooking that is bold in flavour and creativity. She has worked in restaurants for 14 years, starting in the front of the house, though quickly discovering through working on organic farms in Australia and connecting with the process of growing food, that her passion lay in the kitchen. She has since worked her way through restaurants around the world. Her connection to plants and nature has continued to guide her culinary journey. She has worked as the head chef at multiple restaurants, all with their own kitchen gardens or farms. Throughout her years of cooking, the experiences that have brought her the most joy and fulfillment are those created for special events, such as launch parties, weddings and intimate, curated dinners. Her focus now lies in these areas and she can't wait to connect with you
