I had the absolute privilege to experience Sophie's incredible culinary creations in Palm Springs, as she was the chef who catered my best friend's wedding in May of this year. I can't begin to express how spectacular her food not only tasted but also looked. She truly creates art with each and every course. Her appetizer board was striking and so was every course that followed. Everything was so full-flavoured, and plated so beautifully. I got to witness how much of her heart and soul she pours into her creations (it's all of it by the way - every morsel of her heart and soul, and then some). Her passion and creativity are so evident. I would highly recommend Sophie over and over again - provided that I haven't successfully kidnapped her to be my own personal chef.

Sophie provided the perfect private chef experience. From the moment she arrived, she was super professional and extremely friendly. We hired her for a four-course meal including dessert. The dishes complimented each other so well and were perfectly timed. We didn’t request any foods/flavours in particular and what she came up with was astounding! A very colourful, creative and crave-worthy menu! The miso and leek agnolotti were absolutely to die for. I dream of having it again. I would 100% recommend hiring Sophie for your next catering event and/or private dinner! It was a flawless experience!

This past May, I attended the wedding of my sister in Palm Springs. When we sat down to eat that evening, I was immediately blown away by the beautiful presentation. Each dish featured fresh, edible flowers and everything was crisp and colourful. The ingredients were very fresh and each course was so yummy that I really couldn't choose a favourite, but that salad was hands down, the best one I've ever eaten! Sophie was very sweet and you could really tell how important it was to her that my sister and her fiancé were happy with everything. Her attention to detail was obvious and my whole family absolutely loved her and her food!

When I asked Sophie to cater my wedding, I had a loose vision of the type of meal I wanted to have. She took my vision and turned it into an absolute work of art. Based on our preferences and dietary needs, Sophie crafted a customized menu for our girls' dinner. Her communication was excellent throughout the process. Once she arrived, Sophie got straight to work, expertly spacing out each dish. She even assisted in creating amazing cocktails for us. From the first course to dessert, every dish was incredible and perfectly prepared. Sophie's friendly, engaging, and personable demeanor was exactly what we had envisioned for our girls' dinner vibe. Sophie did meal prep at our home in the Plateau for about 2 months for 2 people and we had an amazing experience with her as a person and with her dishes. She was able to accommodate our different diets and cook amazing recipes that we both really enjoyed. Sophie is really well organized and always left our kitchen cleaner then when she arrived. Communication was great and she’s a great person and chef. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a chef for any kind of event.
